About Membership
The State Debt Management Network has all the right connections
"… some of the best brains, and influential and caring issuers, in the municipal bond market" are a part of the Network according to an industry news publication. You can be a part of the connection. Membership in the Network is available to all state-level debt issuers and managers, their staff, and private-sector public finance firms.
Membership Categories Voting membership
Open to all state issuers (including agencies and authorities), officials, and senior staff persons in the executive, legislative and administrative branches of state government who have responsibility for the issuance, management, or supervision of debt and are supportive of the goals of the Network. It is the intent that Voting members directly participate in the issuance, management and/or oversight of debt having statewide applications. Annual Dues: $500
Associate membership
Available for staff of a state agency, authority, or office of the voting member. Annual Dues: $100
