Voting Member
     Open to all state issuers (including agencies and authorities), officials and senior staff persons in the executive, legislative and administrative branches of state government who have responsibility for the issuance, management, or supervision of debt. Annual dues: $250.
Associate Member
     Must be designated/sponsored by a voting member, must be a related entity or staff person to the sponsoring member, and must be a state issuer, official or senior staff person in the executive, legislative and administrative branches of state government who have responsibility for the issuance, management or supervision of debt. Annual dues: $50.
Corporate Member - Principal
     Available to private sector firms involved in the issuance, management, or supervision of debt at a state level. Professional members must be a current NAST Corporate Affiliate member. Professional members shall not have any voting rights. Annual dues: $250.
